"Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord." - Ephesians 5:19
Students at GPCC have the opportunity to be part of the vibrant College Concert Band, Junior Band, or ¶¶ÒõѧԺ Band, depending on their year level and experience. The Band performs several times a year at the College, at various locations on the Central Coast and at larger band festivals and events.
Learning an instrument increases memory and co-ordination, teaches perseverance, improves maths, reading and comprehension skills, creates responsibility, improves listening and social skills, nurtures self expression, and provides the student with an exposure to culture.
Please click on the tabs below to find out more information about each of the bands.
